The fields below are the minimum required to route your matter to the engineer covering your jurisdiction and practice area. Submitted information is held under the same chain-of-custody posture as the evidence you intend to load into the vault: WORM-compliant storage, SHA-256 hashed on receipt, retained for the life of the engagement.

- Who attends the session from FrozenCase, and do I need to bring my IT team?

You meet a single litigation solutions engineer — eleven of our thirty-eight person team are former practicing attorneys; the rest hold forensic and security credentials. They speak your venue's rules of evidence fluently. You do not need IT in the room for the standard demo. If you are a federal public defender, DOJ contractor, or Am Law 100 firm with an active FedRAMP Moderate security review, we invite your security lead to the fourth block (security & procurement review).
- Can we sign an NDA before sharing evidence samples or matter details?

Yes. Our standard mutual NDA is countersigned within one business day; we also accept your firm's paper. Evidence shared in the working block is uploaded into a sealed WORM container with cryptographic SHA-256 hashing on intake, and we provide written certification of deletion at session close on request. Customer support, staffed by former practicing attorneys, responds to litigation-hold and deletion requests 24/7 with an eight-minute median response time.
- What jurisdictions and integrations does the platform cover?

FrozenCase maintains active, vendor-verified integrations with Relativity, Everlaw, LexisNexis CaseMap, and iManage Cloud — four partner agreements renewed in Q1 2025. We have processed matters in all 50 U.S. states and nine countries. The platform is built to ingest formats admitted under the Federal Rules of Evidence and the equivalent state and tribal evidentiary codes; jurisdiction-specific intake is mapped to your venue in the third block of the session.
- Is FrozenCase eligible for federal, public-defender, and regulated-industry work?

Yes. We achieved FedRAMP Moderate authorization in August 2024, enabling federal public defender and DOJ contract engagements. We also hold SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, audited annually since 2019. Our compliance scope is intentionally narrow: we do not claim HIPAA, GDPR, or other certifications we do not hold. If your procurement packet requires a specific framework outside those three, flag it in the intake form and we will respond in writing.
